How it works

    Find & edit

    Open a bank, search a sentence and change the wording.

  2. 2
    Save & publish

    The new version is stored on the server straight away.

  3. 3
    Phones update

    Each phone picks it up the next time the app is opened with internet.

Do

  • Change wording, spelling, tone and punctuation.
  • Keep every {TOKEN} exactly as it is (same name, same spelling).
  • Check the green “Published version” line after you save.
  • Sign out on shared computers.

Don’t

  • Don’t delete, rename or add {TOKENS}: the report fills these in and would break.
  • Don’t tick “Override token lock” unless your developer told you to.
  • Don’t leave the page with unsaved edits.
  • Don’t share your admin password.
